S&K Harvest Farms CSA Membership Agreement
CSA, which stands for Community Supported Agriculture, is a program that allows individuals to support local farms while enjoying fresh produce. S&K Harvest Farms offers a seasonal farm share program where customers can purchase a CSA membership and receive a weekly bundle of fruits and vegetables grown right here in our community. By enrolling, members agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Commitment & Payment
As a member of S&K Harvest Farms’ CSA program, I am making a financial commitment for the current/upcoming season to receive a weekly bundle of fresh produce.
I agree to either:
Pay in full upfront for the season
Purchase a weekly CSA bundle prior to delivery
I understand I am committing to the entire CSA season. All memberships are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
2. Pickup Responsibility
It is my responsibility to pick up my produce box at my selected pickup location during the designated time frame or to arrange for someone to pick it up on my behalf, UNLESS DELIVERY is arranged in advance.
If a box is not picked up during the scheduled time, it will be donated to a family or individual in need. Missed pickups cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or transferred to another date, time, or location. We are grateful to our host locations for serving as pickup sites, but are unable to store boxes or accommodate pickups outside the designated window.
3. Communication
Email is our primary form of communication for CSA ONLY ORDERS. During the CSA season, members may receive emails that include box contents, farm updates, recipes, and important reminders.
